Deposits

Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.

Balance of Payments

The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice. Balance for Christmas 'long stay' Markets are due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Following a successful launch in 2024, we are pleased to annouce our first Sandwich Market of 2025.

Sandwich is a great additiion to our Kent line up - it fits the bill with great local and historic surroundings it is also a popular destination for visitors all year round. Our September Food Festival in neighbouring Deal continues to flourish after 9 years and as we move into spring , it is an ideal time to establish another weekend FEASTival for an ever growing following for zoom events in the garden of England.

Sandwich Guildhall, in the town square, was built in 1579. It is a Grade II* listed building. The courtroom is still used regularly for civic functions, such as 'Mayor-making'.
