13/06/2025 - 15/06/2025 - 3 day(s)

Information For Trader/Participants

We are pleased to confirm this June weekend in Clissold Park, and will continue to liaise with Hackney Councii in the run up to the weekend.

If the weather is mild, this will attract an excellent crowd from the party loving Stoke Newington community. Street food and music washed down with a great selection of craft ales, ciders and craft lagers is a winning formula for our Clissold events together with Children's entertainment and an al fresco dining area.

Please click ‘Book Now’ to provisionally reserve your space at this event.

The FEASTival is an exciting fun filled weekend. Street Foods, bars of distinction, alfresco dining, live music, children's entertainment, select grocery food & craft all served up with big helpings of humour, colour and character.

Hot foods generally do exceptional business, but alternative grocery foods of good quality are also popular. Could also be a good trading opportunity for original arts and crafts as proved on previous outings.

Interesting Facts About The Venue

In the 1880s the grounds of Clissold House and the adjacent Newington Common were threatened with development, and two prominent campaigners, Joseph Beck of The City of London and John Runtz of The Metropolitan Board of Works (MBW) persuaded the Board of MBW to buy the land and create a public park.

On 24 July 1889, Clissold Park was opened by the newly formed London County Council (LCC). The two ponds in the park are named the Beckmere and the Runtzmere in honour of the two principal founders.
