Deposits

Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.

Balance of Payments

The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice. Balance for Christmas 'long stay' Markets are due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Information For Trader/Participants

Easter is later in 2025 than it has been in recent years, so there is every chance that we might get a little Spring warmth on the South coast for what is traditionally one of the strongest trading weekends on the Grand Parade. Although you must bring your own stall weights (unless you are hiring a stall from us), we are taking no chances with the weather in Eastbourne this year and are providing some heavy duty concrete anchor point weights to which you can secure the rear of your stall. Advice on what you will need to bring such as ratchet straps, will be provided in the event joining instructions.

We are making three visits to Eastbourne in 2025 bringing our unique street market with a festival feel. Featuring world street food, homemade grocery foods, art, crafts, clothing, jewellery and more, this eclectic range of stalls form 'home grown' to the 'exotic' has wide appeal. Join us for a great gathering of goods and a feast of foods on the Grand Parade on Eastbourne's iconic seafront.

Interesting Facts About The Venue

Eastbourne is immediately east of Beachy Head, the highest chalk sea cliff in Great Britain and part of the larger Eastbourne Downland Estate.
