Deposits

Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.

Balance of Payments

The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice. Balance for Christmas 'long stay' Markets are due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 14/01/21 - Please notes that these are the new dates 23rd - 25th July and replace the original dates in June. Please re-book this event for these new dates.
We will now be part of the 2021 East Preston Festival.

A new venue for 2021. East Preston Village Green is well known for hosting events and is a popular destination for the local community.

The FreeWheelin FEASTival is an exciting fun filled weekend. Street Foods, bars of distinction, alfresco dining, live music, children's entertainment, select grocery food & craft all served up with big helpings of humour, colour and character.

Times may be extended for hot food traders with the addition of an evening film screening.
