Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.

Balance of Payments

The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice. Balance for Christmas 'long stay' Markets are due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

We are delighted to be hosting the inaugural Worthing Street Food & Craft Beer Festival. on Worthing Steyne Gardens. We look forward to welcoming an enthusiastic public to this family friendly environment on Steyne Gardens which is well established for hosting large events (including the Worthing Food and Drink Festival) and is close to the town centre Town Centre location so, easily accessible on foot and close to all main public transport stops.

Live music and entertainment for Children will also feature in the line-up with a parent/carer and child friendly area. Safe for young and old and all those in the middle, the Worthing Street Food and Craft Beer Festival is a free to enter event mixing the traditional with the original in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Music stage, street performers, children's entertainment, and seating areas together with traditional fairground rides add to the ambience.

Interesting Facts About The Venue

The area around Worthing has been populated for at least 6,000 years and contains Britain's greatest concentration of Stone Age flint mines, which are some of the earliest mines in Europe. Lying within the borough, the Iron Age hill fort of Cissbury Ring is one of Britain's largest. Worthing means "(place of) Worth/Worō's people", from the Old English personal name Worth/Worō (the name means "valiant one, one who is noble"), and -ingas "people of" (reduced to -ing in the modern name).
