Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.

Balance of Payments

The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice. Balance for Christmas 'long stay' Markets are due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Information For Trader/Participants

We are pleased to be able to introduce the inaugural Paddock Wood Food and Drink Festival for 2018. This growing Kent commuter town surrounded by some beautiful satellite villages, promises to deliver a receptive and appreciative audience over the midsummer weekend.

Located in Memorial Park. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station, the Paddock Wood Food and Drink Festival will celebrate the best of local, regional, national and international products.

In addition to the food market and street food section there will be a feast of entertainment, including live music and craft ales & beers

Local businesses are particularly welcome including those selling home or garden-related products and crafts.

Information For Visitors

There will be live music on stage for all to enjoy, a wide range of food and drink stalls from around the globe and children's rides to keep the little ones entertained. Craft beer festival will also be part of this event together with a street food and seating area.

Travel by road - Paddock Wood is on the B2160 and B2161 roads and not too far from the A228, A264, A21 and A26 roads

Travel by train - Paddock Wood Train Station is just a 15 minute walk from the Festival.

Interesting Facts About The Venue

In 1896 Walter Arnold was the first motorist to ever be convicted of speeding, doing 8mph in a built-up area of Paddock Wood where the speed limit was 2mph. Walter Arnold went on to become the first man in Britain to manufacture petrol-engine motor cars.
