Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.

Balance of Payments

The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice. Balance for Christmas 'long stay' Markets are due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Following on from the success of the previous four years' events, Market Square Group will be returning to stage the Ealing Midsummer Fayre in June 2017.

The three-day family festival of fun on Ealing Green will feature a colourful collection of handmade craft, jewellery and gift stalls alongside tasty local, regional and world food and drink and fairground rides for the children.

A live music stage, summer bar and beer festival will add to the party atmosphere over the weekend.

This is the fifth year Market Square Group will be organising the community event, which we revived in 2013 after an absence of 100 years.

Information For Visitors

Getting there:

On foot - Less than five minutes walk from the Uxbridge Road, a major east-west route, which runs through Ealing town centre.

Bus - Many buses converge in Ealing town centre from all directions. Major routes include 65 from the south (Richmond), 207, 427, 607 east-west routes (from Shepherd’s Bush towards Uxbridge), 83 from the north (Golders Green).

Tube - Ealing Broadway (Central and District lines), the site can also be accessed from Northfields and South Ealing tube stations (Piccadilly Line).

Train - Ealing Broadway - overland train routes from Paddington to Reading.

Parking - No dedicated car parking but there is meter parking on Mattock Lane adjacent to the park and non-resident parking on Culmington Road (controlled parking zone restrictions apply).

Visitors will be able to enjoy a traditional funfair and soak up the summer sun in the family atmosphere.

Interesting Facts About The Venue

Green Flags are national awards that are given to the best parks and green spaces in the UK. Ealing's parks have been awarded more new Green Flags than any other borough in the UK this year.

The principal roads surrounding the parks are Culmington Road, Mattock Lane, Ealing Green Street, Windermere Road, Lammas Park Gardens, and Disraeli Road.
