Deposits

Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.

Balance of Payments

The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice. Balance for Christmas 'long stay' Markets are due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

We are delighted to be in Loughborough this October, and look forward to welcoming an enthusiastic public to this family friendly environment.

This Street food and craft beer festival does also have availability for some craft and grocery food stalls

Information For Visitors

Event features will include a street food court featuring a variety of ready to eat offers as well as speciality drinks, groceries and craft stalls.

There will also be a live music stage and a bar area offering the best of British and International craft beers and ales.

Interesting Facts About The Venue

Home to Loughborough University. the town is the second largest settlement in Leicestershire. The town is close to the Nottinghamshire border and is within a short distance of locations such as Nottingham and Derby.

The town has the world's largest bell foundry — John Taylor Bellfounders, which made the bells for the Carillon war memorial, a landmark within the Queens Park in the town, Great Paul for St Paul's Cathedral, and York Minster. The first mention of Loughborough is in the 1086 Domesday Book.
