Market Square Group in March 2016

March has arrived and with it the month of the first Market Square Group events of 2016.

We rounded off 2015 with a series of Christmas festivals, and despite the wind, rain and general inclement weather, survived to tell the tale. Most of these Christmas Markets are back on the list for 2016, and look out also for some announcements on new Christmas markets coming soon.

This year we look forward to our biggest season yet as we pack the calendar with events. We will be heading up as far north as Newcastle and venturing down south to Eastbourne, a town where we will have seven themed markets. Yes, it must be true, we really do like it by the seaside.

Our three March events to kick off this year’s season are the Cricklewood World Village Market, Norwich World Village Market and the Eastbourne World Village Market.

Spot the theme?

World Village Market our longest running themed event is still hugely popular with traders, visitors and customers.

We aim for each to be a mixture of stalls, food and fun. Think the tastiest street food, the hoppiest craft ale, traders selling handcrafted authentic gifts, often accompanied by vibrant live music.

Sound good? Then make sure you are a part of it.

This year we will be stepping up our social media activity for Market Square Group a level.

Each of our events will have a dedicated page on Facebook, see Cricklewood World Village Market here, for you to find out the very latest and share your feedback and photos from the event.

We always welcome new traders and new opportunities, so if you are interested in finding out more please get in touch via Facebook, Twitter or email events@marketsquaregroup.com

In next month’s blog post we will reveal further about our extensive plans for 2016, including two enticing events in one of our favourite places, the historic market town of Stamford, Lincolnshire.

That is it for now, enjoy those lighter evenings now winter begins to fade away.
